Tips: student feedback that led to a course improvement

The first quarter of the fall term has ended!  In various sessions and showcases, faculty have shared methods for doing formative classroom assessment – climate surveys, quick feedback forums, or other strategies for collecting student feedback for continuous improvement.  Yes, we can all administer the end-of-course survey but soliciting thoughts from your students while the class is in progress may give you great insight for quick wins or future course enhancements.  Comment on this post to share your ideas with others!
